3 Once a picture is submitted to RCH, it becomes the property of RCH as long as that member remains on the member list. If that member is ban for a temporary time or has their account deactivated and are still on the member list, then it remains the property of RCH.
4 No posting links to other forums unless given permission from the sites Admins or Mods.
5 Keep the swearing down to a minumum. There may be kids viewing.
6 Dont make any posts that are racist or degrading.
