I did a complete tear down of my Xtm to see if there was any exesive wear showing...



The top of the piston was a nice golden color and the sleeve has no visible scratches or wear on the chrome lining, the commecting rod bushings are still tight and the head button is good also.





Now she's back together and ready for more abuse and punishment

Good deal how much fuel have ya put through it.

Over a gallon of Blue thunder 20% race...And its still getting better every time I take it out..warmmer weather sure helps out

I had put this Engine away last spring when I tried the HPI .28 in the Truggy.
I think its about time to get this mill back in action....I wonder how it will do in the LX One?
It was a screaming rocket in the Hellfire backed by the JP-1 pipe!!!

Those 24.7s are good engines , no doubt about it .

I love my 24.7... badass little mill... tons of power and torque for a .25... people don't give it enough credit.

I took it out of the box and remembered why it was put back in there in the first place.... I need a back plate and one-way bearing and shaft ....Last lime I ran (or should I say Bashed and trashed) I got the over 350* racing a Buggy with an OS 30 VG....Hellfire won, but didnt run too good after

Oh well...time for an XTM 457 Pro Truck 6 Port Engine
